AbsyaComputer.com - Baru-baru ini beredar informasi bahwa data pelanggan IndiHome bocor ke publik. Terdapat 26 juta data riwayat browsing pelanggan IndiHome (Indonesia Digital Home) bocor yang lengkap dengan nama dan NIK pelanggan.
Hal ini diungkapkan oleh Pengamat Kemanan Siber, Teguh Aprianto, melalui akun Twitternya pada Ahad (21/8/22). Teguh Aprianto menyebutkan bahwa ada 26 juta browsing history yang dicuri Indihome itu bocor dan dibagikan gratis di forum hacker, lengkap dengan nama dan NIK.
"Tahun 2020 kemarin kita berhasil menekan @IndiHome untuk mematikan tracker milik mereka yang selama ini digunakan untuk mencuri browsing history milik pelanggan. Sekarang 26 juta browsing history yang dicuri itu bocor dan dibagikan gratis. Ternyata berikut dengan nama dan NIK," tulis Teguh dalam akun Twitter @secgron.
Baca Lainnya : Jauh-jauh hari pada Kamis, (17/9/20) sebenarnya Teguh Aprianto sudah menginfokan bahwa IndiHome diam-diam mencuri data riwayat browsing pelanggannya.
"Selama ini IndiHome diam-diam mengambil data browsing history milik kamu. Berdasarkan website tracker milik mereka, website tersebut sudah mendapatkan hits sebanyak 26,681,371,055 (26,6 Miliar). Tidak diketahui berapa banyak data yang sudah mereka dapatkan," tulisnya kala itu.
Sebagai media yang bergerak di dunia bisnis dan edukasi, AbsyaComputer.com kemudian mengkonfirmasi berita tentang data pelanggan IndiHome yang bocor itu dengan mengecek langsung ke Website Forum Hacker.
"Setelah mengetahui info yang beredar tentang data pelanggan IndiHome yang bocor, Teknisi Utama Absya Computer langsung mengecek ke Website Forum Hacker. Dan ternyata benar informasi yang beredar tersebut," ungkap Abdurrahman Syafrianto.
Abdurrahman Syafrianto sebagai Owner Absya Computer mengimbau kepada seluruh pengguna layanan IndiHome untuk berhati-hati dan mendesak pihak PT Telkom Indonesia untuk bertanggung jawab dan mematikan tracker yang digunakan dalam layanan IndiHome.
"Sebagai salah satu BUMN, PT Telkom Indonesia Iharus bertanggung jawab terhadap data pelanggan yang bocor dan harus mematikan tracker yang selama ini digunakan oleh IndiHome untuk mencuri data pelanggan," pungkas Abdurrahman.***
